On July 12th, Mr. Guralmovich, the Founder and CEO of TG, a company based in Uzbekistan, visited HIETC. The purpose of the visit was to explore further collaboration in expanding the export of vehicles to Uzbekistan and the development of the automotive aftermarket system. During the visit, in-depth discussions were held, resulting in the signing of an exclusive strategic cooperation agreement.

Deputy Director Deng Hua of the Bureau of Free Trade Reform and Innovation attended the symposium and provided a concise overview of the economic and trade cooperation in Donghu High-tech Zone. He expressed his wish for fruitful discussions and successful collaboration between the parties involved during this symposium.

Chen Tong briefly introduced the current industrial scale, overseas market layout, and future development direction of HIETC to the attendees. He mentioned that China and Uzbekistan have been trading partners along the Silk Road since ancient times. Uzbekistan is one of the earliest countries in Central Asia to develop the automotive industry, and the market for importing used cars is continuously expanding with rapid growth. At present, HIETC has established a well-established system in the field of automotive import and export, fully capable of meeting Uzbekistan’s demands for complete vehicles, spare parts supply, and the construction of after-sales service centers. He expressed the hope that both sides will strengthen communication and promote the deepening and solidifying of friendly cooperation in future collaboration.

Mr. Guralmovich engaged in discussions with the attendees regarding the business environment, market potential, and government policies in Uzbekistan. He highlighted the immense prospects of the automotive market in Uzbekistan, with a continuously expanding demand gap for new energy vehicles. As China serves as Uzbekistan’s largest trading partner, it is the country’s most important destination for automotive imports. Mr. Guralmovich expressed his expectation of working together with HIETC to further enhance cooperation in automotive trade and related fields. He emphasized the goal of advancing the friendly cooperation relationship between the two sides to achieve even greater accomplishments at a higher level and in broader domains.

After the meeting, Mr. Guralmovich and his delegation visited various locations, including the Dongfeng Citroen ES600 production line, the electric charging station manufacturing plant, and the Sanhuan Group’s after-sales service center.
