Hubei International Economic and Technical Cooperation Co., Ltd（hereinafter referred to as HIETC）, approved by the Hubei Provincial People's Government in May 2015, is a provincial large-scale comprehensive export-oriented state-owned enterprise, and is the only enterprise in Hubei Province that holds a dual license for import and export of automobiles.
